My broadband keeps dropping out! How am I supposed to get anything done?! !!!

Full fibre was supposed to resolve this issue, but I'm still paying for intermittent service.

Absolutely ridiculous.

@JimM1- the lights go out, then a single red light comes on.

a few minutes later it all goes to green. This problem is intermittent throughout the day Very frustrating when you're working with something like Xero that needs consistent connectivity. That's why we went to FF.

It's a standard black Sky BB box, with a recess around the edge. New cable supplied and checked by the engineer on installation.

This is an intermittent BT BB problem. I do not see why I have to pay for something that does not deliver what it promises.
