That's fine but I be playing games at night so around the time that happens and I barely get to play with family and friends online. If it keeps happening I will have no choice but to go back to Vodafone as the only problem I had with them was cost.

If its costing more and won't turn off as much then I will consider going back to them or a different provider

Why can't this maintenance thing be happening like 4 - 6 in the morning?

Otherwise look at the lights on your Sky hub as thry can tell you what is happening see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start

So if maintenance is around 11pm. Why is my WiFi turning off during the day? This is the third time it has turned off during the day in the last 2 days. If it gets worse In the next week I'll be moving back to Vodafone. I'll gladly pay double if it doesn't turn off and its been off for the past 20 mins. I'm using my own data to write this.

The sky app doesn't help as it doesn't show me what is currently happening but instead shows the WiFi working 35 mins ago. When I try checking, it says everything is good 35 mins ago even though the WiFi isn't working off and it isn't telling me what is happening at the moment
