    <description>&lt;P&gt;I moved into my new Flat on Monday and have tried to set up my new Sky broadband. My Optical network Terminal box is showing a fault and my broadband doesn't work when plugged in! I have no clue what to do and need this fixed asap to work from home&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4421473"&gt;@Lauren508&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Has your service been activated by Sky and Openreach?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it has you will have to call Sky to report the issue, be aware that the target time for any fixes is 2 working days and that starts the day after you report the issue(so it would be Friday at the earliest), working from home does not get you any priority as you are using a domestic only service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
