&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If this is of no help then as you did before you will have to report this again to Sky.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Broadband Failure</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I live in a semi rural area in Kent, anybody else having constant daily issues with Sky Broadband dropping out completely for 30-60 mins then coming back on for 10 mins. Broadband speed is meant to be 60mb but is only ever 15-29mb at best when working. This has been going on for months now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky &amp;amp; Open reach engineers both been out and said 'all fixed' only for it to fail as soon as they drive off.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
