many thanks it must be because I'm moving to a new property in the next couple of weeks (completing Friday 27/6) I suspect it is being sent to my new address. As a bit of a technophobe I don't always understand the modern world ( I'm nearly 78 )

The conversion kit is merely an ethernet cable sent out to customers moving to full fibre fttp

The 'conversion kit' is just an ethernet cable: it's intended to go between the ONT and a Sky Broadband Hub or Max Hub on an FTTP connection, and is sent out to current Sky customers migrating from copper to full fibre broadband.

Unexpected Item

The unexpected item, which turned out to be a broadband cable ,was delivered to my newly acquired property safely before I owned it and was there when I picked up the keys on completion day Friday 27/7. It is now ready for the Sky Engineer who is scheduled for 18/7.

The delivery problems were due to the Post Office ignoring my request to hold it at the sorting office. However, that in fact was a good thing as the opening hours for the sorting office would have made it difficult for me to collect! So alls well that ends well.

Thanks for your help.

Rob
