Hi, I'm in the same boat, I upgraded my sky wifi to the sky max hub and requested a sky pod.

4 weeks later neither are working correctly, I feel like I'm constantly on the phone to sky and sky haven't got a clue what the issue is.

@Rooneywd & @Kelly__ request a visit from a broadband engineer if your pod extenders are not improving the network. The pods need careful placement as they need a goid connection to the hub to work so should never be more tgan halfway between tge hub and where you need the boost but sometimes the way a home is laid out can mean the pods dont work well which is where an dngineer comes in as they can test the signal strength so can work out the brst set up.

However in some homes the pods dont work that well including my ownnot because they are faulty but simply due to the physics of the way wifi works.
