Slow wifi and keeps falling out

Our WiFi keeps failing even though we have a new hub.

It especially affects sites like Facebook and social media.

Our sky q box also needs resolving at times too.

We never experienced this before.

Please assist

@mikeyboy66 Have you always had sky or previous to your upgrade whatever you did with that! Posting on the Forum you are NOT talking direct to sky, so if you wish to go that way then you need to call them. Number is below in the link just see the need more help.
