Broadband Shield issues

Recently moved to Sky, its all good so far EXCEPT the Parental Controls I had on BT were way better. With those, if I tried to access porn it would not allow anything, which was what I wanted with two kids at home. The Sky Broadband Shield allows some horrendous images even when set to Custom with Adult blocked. The PG setting seemed to allow anything at all. I've just switched to Sky Max and a new router but this hasn't fixed it either. I know this allows me to set access times on devices but thats not really the point. Am I the only person in the country who finds Sky Broadband Shield is nowhere near as effective as BT Parental Controls?? Is there something I'm missing?

@jonnyHamburg Yes how long did it take you to setup and filter it all with the BT hub you where using!

Actually I just switched on Parental Controls set for suitable for early teens or something like and that was it. I had to unlock it to let me look at a kitchen knives site. Again Broadband Shield lets me straight in

@jonnyHamburg Have sky take a look to see that the broadband shield is set and working against your account correctly!
