Unable to get full fibre

After many years of saving, I'm finally purchasing a property next month, and it's listed on openreach as a full fibre address. I have been comparing sky deals over the last few weeks and summing up my broadband options, even running through package options with the sky team at their "pop up shops." Every time I've done the full address search, it has offered me full fibre at my address. However yesterday I was finally ready to commit and full fibre was no longer showing at my new property, despite all the addresses around it showing as full fibre.

Is there a reason why it would suddenly disappear, noting that the openreach website says full ultrafast broadband is already available (not planned, but already in place).

Not everyone can get Full Speed forever!

Thanks for your reply, it still has part fibre available, but not FTTP, but looking at the openreach site, if it's installed I should be able to get it, as there's no limit to how many houses the cabinet can handle. Perhaps it's just an open reach glitch...

That's not entirely correct: FTTP doesn't run from a 'cabinet', and there are limitations on the number of connections possible from a particular allocation of optical distribution infrastructure.
