Ringdoor bell 2nd gen it has been on sky 1st time, ee 2nd time and back to sky 3rd time, never had a problem and going on 4 years now i think smae with the Ring Camera...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://ring.com/gb/en/support/articles/q39h4/Ring-Device-Manuals?redirect=true" target="_blank"&gt;Ring device manuals&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alexia afraid your on your own with that one from me, amazon oops!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm at my wits end and need you help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I thought moving away from TalkTalk to a Sky broadband would be a breath of fresh air, but after being on the phone for ages to technical and being cut off 3 times I'm not so sure moving over was the right move I cannot set up either my ring door bell or Alexa Echo to the 4.2 router have so far..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Un checked 2.4 &amp;amp; 5 bands&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Renamed the SSID name&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Soft reset of all devices&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hard reset on all devices&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Batteries filly charge&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Changed the security settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;It doesn't matter what I have done so far, but in set up the devices just aren't visible&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be appreiated&lt;/P&gt;</description>
