Cant log o to Ring door bell or Amazon Echo Alexa

Hi all.

I'm at my wits end and need you help

I thought moving away from TalkTalk to a Sky broadband would be a breath of fresh air, but after being on the phone for ages to technical and being cut off 3 times I'm not so sure moving over was the right move I cannot set up either my ring door bell or Alexa Echo to the 4.2 router have so far..

Un checked 2.4 & 5 bands

Renamed the SSID name

Soft reset of all devices

Hard reset on all devices

Batteries filly charge

Changed the security settings

It doesn't matter what I have done so far, but in set up the devices just aren't visible

Any help would be appreiated

@Bruxism Ring camera since you say you have reset it all, then it's a start from scratch and ideally with the Ring right next to the hub, and do use your 2.4Ghz band ssid.... Ringdoor bell 2nd gen it has been on sky 1st time, ee 2nd time and back to sky 3rd time, never had a problem and going on 4 years now i think smae with the Ring Camera...
