Had fibre installed it's great plugged bt essential cordless handset into tel port on router can receive calls but can't make calls tried switching off and a different phone still the same

@stephenhale There are two parts to the digital phone side, outgoing and incomming, i always advise 24-48hrs for it all to gel together one may work way quicker and you have established that, if the other is dragging it's heels then there maybe an issue, but if that is the case it is a call to sky so they can take a look at it for you!

Thanks for your reply I have phoned 123 to test phone it dials then get unobtainable sound

@stephenhale Digital checking is way different from the old way off doing it all.

150 is your best bet, direct to sky!

Or dial direct to your mobile if you have one, sky have to tie the whole thread together, just think how complicated that all is, mobile networks, land line networks old style, land line networks new digital, if you know someone that is on sky give them a call that is normally the easiest to get up first.
