Hi,

Hopefully somebody can help, just had Full Fibre installed, and the plug for the ONT box has gone into an extension cord where my other TV plugs are.
how would I go about turning my tv plug off at the wall now without constantly turning off the ONT, engineer told me it needs to be left on, but I don't want my TV permanently left on standby as well

any help much appreciated!!

@Gav7SR Possibly the easiest for you is to go get an extension cord that has individual switches on it to switch off only those that you require to be done like your TV at the end off the night, that way you can leave the Hub and the ONT both switched on and also a phone if that is used or located in the same area and requires power. Always the same with limited sockets available at locations.
