Hi, I've had to get my address registered with Royal Mail, which it now is, and was wondering how long it will take for my address to appear as a option when trying to order broadband.

Being registered by royal mail can be regarded as a Silver address whereas a gold address listing is required for the address to be verified by openreach.

Could you enter your newly registered address in the wholesale link below and post the table and notes after removing the address from the image

My address does not appear. I have now contacted Openreach in the hopes of getting this sorted. Thank you for the guidance.

The automatic gold address is reserved for addresses that have already had a verified active openreach line in the last year which is why its an issue on new builds
