Hi, considering I should be getting 300Mbps with my upgraded WiFi. I don't think I'm even getting half of that. I did a speed test a couple of times and it said 307Mbps. Everything I've been trying to do for hours I keep getting buffering. Surely this shouldn't happen with those speeds. This hasn't happened before at all until today. So feeling rather puzzled as I'm not using anything different or have any new devices.

TV, two iPhones, two iPads and three CCTV Cameras.

No I haven’t moved anything since we got it last year.
I upgraded when I joined Sky last year from 150 Mbps to 300 with Sky.

That is what sky use, and you will be looking for the around 300Mb/s mark if all is good and dandy!

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

Do we take it that everything is fine from your reply now.

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-speeds-explained

Can you advise why this is happening please. I had no problem with my previous sky internet before we upgraded. Now this is happening all the time. I am not confident I. This service.
