Need help reinstalling 2.4GHz back onto White Sky Max hub

Hey All, i tried to rename the 2 frequencys on my White Sky max hub but now think i have lost the 2.4GHz wifi connection - the 5Ghz is still active - but i cannot install some home internal cameras as it only works on 2.4Ghz PLEASE HELP!

@Neels You cannot rename a ssid with the sky Max hub for a single band, just go with your phone app and re-enable the band back on. Sky help link below!

Hi thank you for you reply, i appreciate it but that is my issue - it wont let me re-enable that band back again.

@Neels If you have not done any major changes to the hub then a Full Factory reset will sort it out, WPS button hold in whole 10 seconds release it and all will be back as before once it reboots!

Problem on relying smart hubs and stupid mobile apps to take care off each other!
