Know one knows what you have, but you should have tried your best to find out from one off the OR Engineers, they are normally good and upfront about what is do-able.

Hi, since being contacted to sky wifi/ broadband it has not worked properly. You sent a sky engineer out who said it was slow and most probably needed new wires as these were put in in 60's as phone only. With that a openreach engineer came out yesterday. Did all checks and got to run at 30 then left and it stopped working altogether, I've reset everything like you advise and it's on!!! But is to week to actually connect to anything !! I can forget about my tv working, my phone doesn't even work.
the engineer didn't have an electric cupboard key where the main connection is so just worked from that point forwards. I had the same problem with talk talk to so I'm guessing the problem is in that cupboard outside the flats. I think to get this working, I'll need new everything from that cupboard to my flat as this just isn't working no matter what. I've had 7 engineers in the past 6 months and no internet. Please can you help 😩
