&lt;P&gt;I don't know what tests you have run so if you haven't yet try&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;running the line test here to see if any faults are found:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Wifi keeps dropping and losing internet</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For the past couple of weeks my internet at home just keeps randomly dropping. It will be fine, then all of a sudden the Internet light on the box turns amber, flashes or goes off completely. It can be fine for a few days then stops working or comes and goes constantly. It might be back for 10 or 15mins, then drops again and can do this for hours. It's incredibly frustrating. And I've tried all the online steps to fix it at home etc but nothing has solved the problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
