I'm trying to watch a film and it keeps buffering same time every night but WiFi is ok for FB etc checked my broadband and it says speed is low and I probably need fibre but can't have that at the moment

@Jeanie321 Only suggestion for you is do a speed check when everything is running good, that gives you a baseline for what it can do to what it is doing, reason i say is if you have a slight fault you have something to compare.

The service checker from sky, and then click on the Broadband, will expand and you can see how the history off the last 30day's looks when sky do there daily check against your system!

Speed is all dependant on how busy the home is and also how busy both Sky/OR networks are.

www.fast.com may be the easiest to do, takes a couple off minutes, and do hit the update to see ALL the result's.

If you do post back, let us know what hub you have, and what your speed's from sky are ie 40/10 or 80/20 split on a fttc copper connection to a OR Master phone socket. Or a FF 150 which you do say is not available to you as yet!
