I don't understand whether I have Internet from Now or Sky, if it's from Now, can I switch to Sky to make me like the tariffs and speed of the Internet better? How can I do this? How can I find out if I have debts to Now?

Your English is fine.

You can change to Sky by signing up to Sky via the one touch switch service:

You would need to ask Now themselves if you are in the minimum term of a contract with them which you might be if you have been with them for less than 24 months as their contacts are for two years.

I had contract 12 months, because my visa was like until April, ... but now price up, and internet not the best. And Sky have much better tariff.

Okay I will write email to NOW, and ask about if I need any money to them
