&lt;P&gt;Have you run this line test as opposed&amp;nbsp;to the service checker which looks at issues in you area:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Keep losing WiFi</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My WiFi keeps dropping, it constantly drops from my phone, I have a laptop which I cannot seem to get a decent WiFi signal on to do work calls, and in the evening my signal drops from my fire stick so unable to watch tv.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I am constantly rebooting the hub, all services say ok when do a check with sky. What's going on with it?!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
