      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning there seems to be an issue with our Internet connection. Our sky glass TV is no longer connecting. The router is switched on and all four lights are on green but no devices in the house are able to connect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the signal has never been great, but today the TV is saying that it is connected to the broadband router but not connected to the Internet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
