Have a try and see.

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

This explains the lights on the hubs:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start

Try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

How is it good when it's clearly an issue! Moved over to fibre not even 3 weeks ago and already issues

I have had the exact same issue, I contacted Sky on Broadband Chat and they ran diagnostics and it came back as an issue with the Sky Hub. This is now being replaced so fingers crossed it sorts this too.

Ps also got £15 compensation for inconvenience
