&lt;P&gt;What was the time window and what was the visit for?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this was an&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Openreach&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;engineer as opposed to a Sky engineer give Sky a call tomorrow by which time they may have received an update from OR which occurs overnight.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
