Shield adjustment allow 24-48hrs for it all to filter through.

Just got my own place and have the 1g internet speed, connection has about 900/90 on ps5 wired connection, but seems worse than when I had 50/10 speed on WiFi at old home I can't make sense of it and can't get through to Antony boy to help all it says it rest your connection and says it's fine, is it just poor in general? The plan is supposed to be for gaming yet the experience is terrible

You really would need to speak to Sky. If the speed falls below their guaranteed speed for a certain period you are able to terminate the contract early without penalty but you need to alert Sky to the issue and give them a month to sort it first I believe.

If you do. Speed test it is fine but download speeds and gameplay don't seem to match the speed test results, I had much better experience with much worse speed internet only weeks ago
