&lt;P&gt;Try rebooting your broadband hub at the mains and if that doesn't bring it back to life then try&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;running the line test here to see if any faults are found:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Were in S64 and for the past few days its been dropping connection constantly. Ive had to reboot the router twice in the past hour to get a signal. What is going on in the area cos the service site says there are no problems!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
