I would like to cancel my internet because it's down more than it works

You need to ring sky and give them notice to cancel your subscription we are just fellow customers on here like yourself we can't do for you

@Sarah477 You need to ring Sky. We are customers on here like you. You will find it difficult to cancel if in contract and may need to pay a penalty fee to leave the contract unless you're within the cooling off period.

There is a clause that allows you leave penalty free only if the speed is below the guaranteed speed for a certain period. I used it myself to exit my contract - I was only aware I could do because Sky emailed me with this option.

You could always sign up to another provider via the switching service or speak to Sky about your ongoing issues.
