      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4415155"&gt;@Stu1967&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;As you are relying on the Sky Q to catch the wireless on the pod and back to the Max hub. The Max hub was updated to allow sky Q to work with it not sure when but Q was designed to work and mesh with the older hub which it never had a problem with.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As you say you cannot cable from the Q then only suggestion is get sky involved, pretty sure they will have to fit a sky SE210 booster to try and bolster your wi-fi at the Q.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As a sky Max and pod customer should not be to much off a problem BUT you are going to have to do it by calling them same way as you probably did to get your first pod!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Only other that i can think off and this would be on &lt;STRONG&gt;sky Q&lt;/STRONG&gt; can you turn &lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;off the 5Ghz band&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt; and only leave the 2.4Ghz band on....&lt;/P&gt;</description>
