If the address has an existing circuit then the owner will need to order an additional line (making sure it's understood that this is not a request to switch ISP)

@Leahphoenix You may wish to check that only copper is available and NO fibre at all, then it may be possible but only if all the lines are not used up.... And use the address checker when you do so from the link.
