I have sky 500 and recently upgraded to WiFi max as the WiFi connection in our rooms is terrible, it has made no difference.

we live in a 3 bed semi detached and so it's not a huge house, I feel we shouldn't have WiFi problems.

I have to use my mobile data a lot for my phone/ipad connection but my main problem is the PS portal, unless I'm sat in the same room as the hub it disconnects constantly despite the app saying the WiFi is good. I've tried prioritising it which makes no difference either. I can't use this with my mobile data so it's pretty much useless because of the WiFi.

anyone had the same problem and fixed it with any hacks?

@Hh130197 As you say you have sky Max and hopefully the addon then you need to call and arrange for boosting off the wireless wi-fi. Link below for all the sky max details.
