Wifi keeps disconecting

My WIFI keeps disconnecting on both mine and husbands phone. Both on different networks. On the router the middle light keeps going off, then flashing orange then green then off again.....phones keep asking us to reconnect to WIFI.... done all the checks through troubleshooting and all coming up as no issues? Please advise

@Kim164 As long as the Internet light is doing that then you will be having an issue, and that could be anything, try the diagnostics to your hub first, link is below.

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

Have done all the diagnostics and all showing as ok with no issues....have also restarted router but issues continued after restart. Both mine and husbands phone is dropping in and out and message to re login to Sky WIFI network.

Thank you. Sky came out and you were right. Had to change a couple of wires and router. Working perfectly now.
