Hi I got sky gigafast internet and they said on there website they would sent me a new box and I have not received one like

What router do you have at the minute?

I believe there is a shortage of stock of the sky max hub. If you already have the sky broadband hub that will still work for broadband and calls

@LiamTaylor1996 most customers who switch to full fibre still use the Hub 4.2 they had previously but are sent a conversion kit which is actually just a short ethernet cable.
