Hi, I have broadband that connects to a Microfilter & it keep losing connection, it's been getting worse since oct 2024, twice a day if I am lucky & up to 11 time in 1 day if I am not lucky, when I want to do gaming stuff with friends online I have to use my mobile hot-spot(not sky mobile) what is more stable as I don't want to spend 10 to 20 mins reconnecting devices to carry on, more so if I am hosting the game as if I get kicked everyone gets kicked. I've changed the Microfilter & both cables no luck. Any ideas?

@Shunasassie

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
