    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4413576"&gt;@Kay118&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;If you messaged, and had a response, then it's time to do it all again with sky, there is a stock issue on pods so that may be why, but your individual circumstance is not known on this Public Forum!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopefully you are aware that it does take a call to sky to get a pod, that is the documented way to do it!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Still service dropping in front room.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I messaged about a month ago complaining that the internet was bad in the lounge . Stating I think we needed an extra booster and my questions got a message back saying resolved...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it's certainly not as still&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;watching a film it buffered about 6 times with long pauses and our phones and switch drops internet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i don't really want to pay for a service I'm not getting.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
