    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2957074"&gt;@wendee&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;if you have a white Sky hub go into the advanced settings for the hub in the My Sky app and chsnge the WiFi Security level from WPA3-T to WPA2. The WPA2 code is the password printed on the label of all Sky hubs assuming you have not changed it yourself. Some older devices wont connect to the WPA3-T security level the newer hubs use despite it being designed to support both WPA2 and WPA3 devices.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Fibre 150 connected on 9/6/25 with new white box. When changing the passwords everything worked except my old iMac stating it requires a WAP2 code. My cannon printer won't print using air print which is connected to the iMac either.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Also the smart tv won't connect.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;all other phones laptops and door cameras have connected although the back door is showing as poor connection which didn't show with my older slower broadband connection.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
