Coming into the house is fine, it's the WiFi. Speeds were better when I was on the 150 but now getting less. Went through everything with sky and am paying extra for the boost which gives me free engineer service been paying that for years. Just asked for an engineer to call out to look at it to be told they don't supply engineers in my area and nothing they can do so just going to move provider

I recently upgraded from fibre 150 to full fibre 500. Scone the upgrade I have had nothing but issues with the speed and signal. When I reset the router it shows I have a speed of about 480mbs but the after a couple of mins this drops to around 280mbs and this is from standing 3ft away from the router. I have had a new router sent out and it hasnt made and difference. The same things have happened every time. I have also changed the channels to no avail. Technical department just keep saying reset the router, driving me up the wall. I have also been sent out a signall extender and nothing
