    <description>&lt;P&gt;We switched to Sky Broadband last September, and since then we’ve been experiencing consistent connectivity issues. Approximately every 15 minutes, the connection drops momentarily.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As we both work from home, these frequent interruptions are significantly affecting our productivity. The issue also impacts our mobile devices — the Wi-Fi connection repeatedly cuts out, forcing us to switch to 5G. Online gaming on my PS5 is also being disrupted due to the unstable connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When we check the connection status via your system, it always shows “all good,” and the only suggested fix we receive is to turn the modem off and on again. Unfortunately, this hasn't resolved the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please arrange for a more thorough check or provide further assistance?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

We tried troubleshooting, and we also chatted with the support bot, but we couldn’t get it resolved. We always stopped at the “call our customer service” step, hoping to find an easier way to fix it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
