Hi, I just ordered internet, I'm wondering when it will be here? It said up to 3 days with Royal Mail?

@Shayholland Broadband takes a minimum of 10 working days from the date of the order to be installed/switched, it's the hub that is delivered by Royal mail and that is normally a few days before the go live date.

@Shayholland Royal mail will deliver the router and that's all(usually arrives a few days before service activation).

If you have only just ordered broadband then it will be at least 2 weeks before that is activated, you should have been give a date when you placed the order.
