    <description>I have done a broadband test on dky and it says all is fine. I have done a wifi test on my phone and it is giving me 9.34 download and 9.94 upload. I am on full fibre 300 so these connection speeds are completely unacceptable. Please could somebody assist immediately as I work from home.</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
