I'm also having this issue and can't seem to get through over the phone. The last few days have been continually power cycling the router because the Internet keeps dropping. Ive power cycled, I've reset the hub, it's in a good spot, the app says everything looks good, but I cannot get a continuous connection for longer than 12 hours.

If that doesn't show anything che k the lights on your Sky hub when your connection is down they help,disgnose the issue https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start

Beyond that you will need to call Sky so the issue can be investigated.

Same here west mids with sky WiFi max. It's been happening since before all the tv hubs went down other week. Service checker says everything fine but we cannot connect to the WiFi. Constantly having to use mobile data as nothing connects. Get that lovely WiFi signal icon that shows nothing being uploaded or downloaded. I've rebooted. Removed and reconnected all the cables to the router. Nothing is helping.

Hi @Chrisee, I've of course tried all of the app options to test and self diagnose and manage. Ive tried calling and keep being cut off.

@Natw5 @Wednesday @Koyli1

Guys, last night I was fuming so decided to unplug the lot. I unplugged my white hub and I turned off the little box on the wall too. Left it off for at least 45 minutes.

When I turned it back on, it took a little while to load, but everything came back. Checked the settings on the router and I'd moved from channel 11 to channel 1 and when scanning the wifi, it appears there were less signals attached to the channel. I cant promise its fixed it, we've got to test it for longer, but give it a go. If it helps, even a small time, I'm glad

@AnnoyedPumpkin Logical approach to what is going on will be required, the continual off/on to clear and depending if your are on a copper fttc circuit would be a bad thing to do. If it is interference from others you may be able to spot, you could also try a temp switch off on a band, just depends on what you have using those bands! Is your area jammed with loads of wireless wi-fi about, and also what hub are you using from sky.

Would be good to know if the hub light/lights are changing state when the hub is appearing to not be playing, and if it is a straight, wirless is up but no Internet connection is shown on the device?

With around 6 million server connections occasionally one stops passing data - symptoms as I posted above are the lights on the hub shows as connected and the service checker reports the same but no data flows. These servers are physically located in various Openreach exchanges around the country so while Sky's network team do fix thecfault it can take a few days to happen.
