Wired works fine but WiFi says wrong password

Hi there

My sky q box and Xbox series x are hard wired to my broadband box and they work fine but when I try to connect to the WiFi it just keeps saying wrong password. Iv tried my current password and the ones on back of box. Iv tried reset 4 times and got no joy. Any help appreciated.

I can't log into the router as I don't have a pc that can be hardwired and the WiFi won't connect to my iPad or iPhone
