My broadband hub didn't arrive yet..

According to sky it's sent on 28th May 2025.

I haven't received the hub .

Please can you explain why is delayed.

@Mohammadafroz What does the tracking say for the dispatch, sky do not respond to a posting that you are doing on this public Forum, you are not contacting sky in any way!

These hubs are delivered via Royal Mail so it might be worth calling Sky to see if they can see where it is and if they can't to get another one sent out to you.
