Hi, I just wanted to ask I switched my old broadband into sky just get to switched offer bonus. So please let me know when I'll get it. I'm waiting my offer bonus. Thanks

What switch bonus was this, was this the one from Sky were you can get £100, if so then this link explains what you need to do:

You must provide a copy of the bill from your previous supplier where you have been charged and a copy of a statement showing that you have paid it and send these to Sky via this email address - switching credit @sky.uk (all one word without the gap)

Not about this, actually when I applied for sky they showed if ill switched my old broadband into sky then I'll be able for up to 200£.

I'm not aware that Sky makes any such offer: the £100 each for broadband and subscription television is to go towards covering penalty fees from a current supplier for early exit from their contracts.

If £200 was an incentive from a comparison website then you'll need to persue it with them according to their own T&C's.

There is no phone number as you have to claim for it as per my previous post where you need to use the email address I provided to show that you had both been charged a few for switching to Sky and a copy of a statement showing that you have paid it.
