Can’t get WiFi Max

I currently have Sky Full Fibre Gigafast, but every time I try and order WiFi Max I keep getting told it's not available. I have tried online, and on the phone. Any idea on how to get it?

@Gary+Birmingham There is a stock issue for both the Sky Max hub and the Sky Max Pod's at present, so that may be the complete and only reason at present for the NO your not getting it!

Have you moved from sky q to sky stream recently?

Shouldn't be a restriction anymore however if the transfer from sky q was done manually there may be remnants of sky q on the system. These need to be deleted before it becomes available. Thats the situation i am in but i don't see any benefits at the minute

Yes I have just moved from q to stream. How do I get Sky to fix it?

You need to call sky on 150 from your landline or

Contact sky as below

Follow the link and choose need more help

https://www.sky.com/help/home/

If in the Republic of Ireland go to the bottom of the page and change the flag to Republic of Ireland

And say that there may be a conflict of the old sky q install and sky max. Ask them to refer the case to the back office team to see if there are any sky q remnants conflicting with sky max and to remove as necessary
