Hello last time engineer came out he had to fix cables in outside box he said he would order a new box because he thinks our box is frazzled because on the cable box outside he said my cables were attached to many cables which was connected to our box we didn't get a new box sent out and were having trouble really bad with this box can you send a new box out

The outside box has to be replaced by openreach. Call sky as below and inform them
