    <description>&lt;P&gt;My internet is very poor &amp;nbsp;and has been for a while now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need this service sorting out ASAP very poor service from sky im very disappointed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this is no where near acceptable, the wires outside in the ground are aluminium not copyir fibre and also corrosion is visible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4050089"&gt;@Tex4x4&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;The condition and the type off cable have nothing to do with sky, they are supplying you with a Broadband Internet connection via a delivery method that is available to your home. If you report it to sky, or run the diagnostic against your line and the condition is bad then you might get somewhere, better to have sky run it with you on the phone with them....&lt;/P&gt;</description>
