@Dawn86

Try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Thank you. It looks like it's a fault in the area. Is there phone number I can call on. Internet not connecting and phone signal is poor due to location? Your help is much appreciated.

@JN7 the service checker in the My Sky app run over a mobile connection will tell you if Sky are aware of an outage affecting your line if that applies you will need to be patient until it is fixed calling Sky is not going to speed thst up or even give you reliable information. If Sky are not aware then call when the lines re-open but that will not have delayed the fix as Openreach only work on domestic line faults during the working week so faults reported on Friday or over the weekend get looked at next week.
