Hi. We've been experiencing some problems with our WiFi recently in general - WiFi dropping out when we're watching tv for example. We also struggle with signal in our study, which is the room furthest from the router. The plug in booster hasn't resolved this unfortunately. This morning I had no WiFi connection on my computer at all. Please could you advise/send an engineer to fix this issue? Thanks.

@AnnaP31

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them as you might need a pod which is available if you have Wi-Fi Mac on your account.

Thank you for your reply. I did run the test on the app, which said all was ok, but it's definitely not! We have a pod in that room which doesn't seem to have helped. I'll try and find a way of contacting sky.
