It seems to sumtimes test ok but it's actually very poor and unreliable and as I am supposed to be on a fast broadband it is very poor

Poor speed and not working sometimes upload errors out when testing with speed test generally poor

@Mikesmiffie If you have done the test's and not getting any joy, then next is to call sky, have them run a test there end and see what is said. Link below has the number, click on need more help to see it or 150 if you have a landline phone.
