6 days now I have been having this probelm with my Internet going on and off all day. Ive tried everything sky have suggested and even replaced the router and ethernet cable. None of it has made any difference and it won't connect at all. I rang sky this morning and they said everything looks fine there end. Ive ran tests and they come back that the wifi and broadband are ok, when they are clearly not, and the router flashes green, then goes red and then white but keeps doing this over and over so I can't use it. The man on the phone said he would put through a report to, I assume open reach, but they may reject it???

My question is, if they reject it, then what? I'll be left paying for Internet i cant use because it doesn't wok and no one wants to fix it. Can anyone tell me what happens if open reach won't investigate it? Because sky are saying its not an issue on there part. Also how long will it take to hear back if open reach will sort the problem??

Full fibre connection. They said they could see nothing wrong with the connection while the router was flashing through the colours and not connecting. I just don't understand what's going on with it.

Im not sure? They just said that we need to replace the hub to see if that helps. I think they were trying to do a process of elimination so they can then say its not their issue. Im at a loss of what to do really.
