Not meeting speed guarantee

My WiFi is not meeting speed guarantee has been dropping the speed for the last 2 weeks I've had to keep refreshing/ restarting it. That doesn't even make it work it still dropping below speed guarantee

It says there is a connection problem so can't get WiFi.
speed is ment to me 100 but it's 83

@Priscilla1 Is 83 the daily average, what does it look like on the day to day basis. Or do you just NOT see that!
